Mark H. Davidson serves as Associate Vice President and the Office Director for Milton, Delaware. Mark is responsible for the management, growth and success of the Milton office and Southern Delaware practice. Mark joined Pennoni in 2010. For 12 years, Mark owned a professional engineering, surveying and consulting firm that provided professional consulting and design in land planning for residential, industrial, institutional, municipal and commercial applications to a wide range of clients in Delaware and Maryland. Mark has more than 24 years of experience in surveying, engineering, consulting and land planning. Mark’s vast experience includes project and construction management, CPM schedule analysis, bidding phase administration, CQA/CQC, inspection and documentation, claims analysis and boundary and contract dispute resolution as well as studied, planned, surveyed, designed and engineered sustainable, master-planned communities, commercial and urban redevelopment projects, and the public infrastructure that supports them. Project experience includes cutting edge design and technology as well as value engineering to help clients through the ever-changing market. Mark also has experience in solar photovoltaic design, permitting and installation. Mark is a DNREC Certified Construction Reviewer, Wastewater System Designer, Percolation and Infiltrometer Tester and has Sediment & Stormwater Management Certifications in both Delaware and Maryland.
Mark is a member of the National Society of Professional Surveyors, American Society for Professional Engineers, Delaware Association of Surveyors, American Congress on Surveying and Mapping, National Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association, Delaware Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association – Past Director, American Planning Association, American Institute of Certified Planners and has served as a member of Delaware Low Impact Development Roundtable Committee, Delaware Pollution Control Strategy Committee, Delaware Sediment & Stormwater Regulatory Advisory Committee, Delaware Technical & Community College A/E Curriculum Committee.
