Pennoni is excited to announce that Natasha Mack has been named director of human resources! Natasha oversees all aspects of human resources at Pennoni, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, employee relations and support of integration of mergers and acquisitions.
“Natasha brings a wealth of experience to this role, and she will excel leading our HR team in supporting the needs of our employees and the firm. Since joining Pennoni in January 2012, Natasha has served in a variety of roles within HR and most recently served as manager of employee relations. She will continue to improve HR at Pennoni with commitment to employee experience based on the company values and ensure continued service to our staff and clients.
In her new role, Natasha plans to utilize HR and partner with Pennoni business leaders to attract, engage and retain employees and help drive business results. She will drive continuous improvement in HR operations with review and measurement of workflows, processes and outcomes She is working to develop a performance management program to identify employee learning needs while building employee development opportunities and striving to enhance the employee experience.
