The Palmer Town Center, a 55-acre industrial redevelopment project, is a 300,000 square foot retail shopping center. Pennoni provided site planning and design, surveying, environmental, civil design, highway design, traffic studies and signal design, structural design, and geotechnical engineering.     This project’s scope required seeking a myriad of governmental approvals and reviews.  Completed commercial spaces include Home Depot, Giant Foods, Wawa, Eckerd Drugs, Nazareth National Bank, and several other establishments.
