As part of this Open-End agreement, Pennoni Certified Bridge Safety Inspectors are inspecting bridges throughout the state of Pennsylvania for the various PennDOT Department Districts.  Inspections range from routine to initial and services also included load ratings, meetings for critical deficiencies and CoRe element assessment for any structure type in the State inventory.
