Pennoni Associates serves as the Zoning Board Engineer for Cinnaminson Township, Burlington County. Cinnaminson Township is a Township of 8.1 square miles with over 14,595 residents. 

Pennoni provides services to the Zoning Board as it relates to the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law (MLUL) including, but not limited to the following:

• Assistance with resolution and ordinance revisions
• Assistance with interpretation of land use and zoning issues as it pertains to the zoning ordinance
• Review of applications before the Board
• Attendance at hearings for applications as needed
• Construction observation for select projects
• Escrow and Bond reviews and releases
