California University of Pennsylvania Quad

Pennoni was retained by California University of Pennsylvania to complete its 5-acre Central Quad Renovation project. The primary central space of the University, the Quad, was redesigned to accommodate the growing campus population and organize pedestrian circulation. The Quad project  included pavement design and layout, re-establishing the Campus Native Tree Arboretum, a fully automated irrigation system, period light fixtures, the Herron Hall dining terrace, refurbishing the Alumni Fountain, site furniture and amenities, and relocating structures.
