George Mason University Exploratory Hall & Lab Annex

To maximize instruction space, George Mason University's existing Science & Technology I & II buildings, originally constructed in 1987, were completely renovated and connected via the addition of a 62,000 SF laboratory wing. Pennoni provided programming support, assistance in the schematic development phase, and preliminary and final site design documents. In addition, the project team provided submittal review and construction administration, as well as as-build/record drawings, a stormwater pollution prevention plan, and assistance with LEED Certification.
