Pyne Point Park
Cooper's Ferry Development Association retained Pennoni for the rehabilitation of Pyne Poynt Park, an existing nine-acre park in North Camden, NJ. Throughout the conceptual design phase, Pennoni attended meetings with the Parks Department and various community groups to obtain input on the recreational and programming needs of the community. The team several conceptual designs, which were presented at public meetings in order to obtain additional community input for the purpose of refining and finalizing the design. Pennoni obtained a NJDEP-Waterfront development permit, local and county planning board approval, and a soil erosion and sediment control permit to allow the development of the project. Pennoni provided bidding and construction administration services through project closeout.
