Pennoni provided land planning, civil engineering, land survey, and transportation engineering services for the rezoning and design of the Tysons Corner Center Mall to accommodate a mixed-use, transit-oriented development, with over 6 million square feet of uses. This mixed use development includes high-rise residential, office, hotel, retail, and commercial spaces, supported with structured parking below grade for 1,600 cars. Located in McLean, VA, the project is being completed in multiple phases.
