Hay Joins Rutgers University Customer Experience

Todd M. Hay, PE, CME, Regional Vice President at Pennoni, was recently invited to join the Rutgers University Customer Experience (CX@Rutgers) Advisory Board. Membership on the Board is by invitation only and is based upon personal and professional accomplishments of chosen members.

Hay serves as Office Director for the firm’s Newark, New Jersey; New York City and Boston offices and is responsible for client service, business development, and managing the success and growth of our projects and staff within the region. He has been working with multi-disciplined engineering projects during his 25-year career as a civil engineer, project manager, and principal. 

On his appointment to the board, Hay has this to say: “I am very happy to be part of such a prestigious group of professionals who find ways to better the experience of Rutgers students in the undergraduate and graduate programs with whom we serve - the customer!”

Currently, Hay serves as the appointed Planning Board Chairman in his hometown of Branchburg Township, NJ, and is an appointed Commissioner to the Somerset-Raritan Valley Sewerage Authority.  He is an Executive Committee Member for the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers, where he previously served as First Past President. In addition, he is a member of the Rent Board in NYC.
