Andrew J. Pennoni, PE
Andrew J. Pennoni, PE, serves as Regional Vice President and Principal-in-Charge of the Construction Services Discipline. He is responsible for the leadership, growth, and overall quality of the Construction Services group. Andrew joined Pennoni in 1994 and has over 25 years of engineering-related experience that includes construction inspection, materials inspection, materials testing, and design and construction management.
Andrew obtained dual degrees in civil engineering and architectural engineering from Drexel University, and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University. He is a licensed professional engineer in several states and has obtained multiple industry certifications and training from the American Welding Society, the American Society for Nondestructive Testing, the National Association of Corrosion Engineers, the Prestressed Concrete Institute, the American Concrete Institute, and the International Code Council.
In addition to his role at Pennoni, Andrew serves on the Board of the Central Delaware County Sewer Authority, was appointed to the Nether Providence Township Parks Commission, and is on the Board of Nether Swarthmore Baseball. He also serves on multiple committees and advisory councils for Drexel University, including the College of Engineering, the President’s Leadership Council, and the Athletics Department. Andrew is an active member of the American Council of Engineering Companies and has participated on multiple quality committees with various departments of transportation for more than 15 years.
