Edward F. Rasiul, PE, PLS
Edward F. Rasiul, PE, PLS, serves as Vice President and Office Director in our Newark, DE office. He is responsible for managing the growth and success of the projects and staff in the Newark office. Ed joined Pennoni in 2002, and has an extensive and diverse consulting engineering background in design and construction management. His experience includes various civil engineering projects involving highway and bridge rehabilitation and replacement, as well as stormwater management control, wastewater conveyance, water distribution, and other governmental and quasi-governmental infrastructure. His vast experience includes the design of a wide variety of land development projects for both private and public clients, and he possesses extensive knowledge of regulations relating to zoning and land development.
He has served in the capacity of municipal engineer to various clients throughout Chester County, PA. Ed earned his civil engineering degree from The Pennsylvania State University, is a licensed professional engineer in four states, and a registered land surveyor in Pennsylvania.
Ed is a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and American Public Works Association.
