Greg Stavrou, PE, PMP
Greg Stavrou, PE, PMP, serves as Associate Vice President and Office Director for our Dulles and Richmond, VA offices. In his role, Greg is responsible for the growth of the offices through the management of client relationships and business development efforts, in addition to overseeing staff and projects.
Holding 20 years of professional consulting experience with federal, state, and municipal government agencies, as well as private clients, Greg has been responsible for office management, client development, project and construction management, operations, and design engineering consulting. He is a project management professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute; a registered professional engineer in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia; and a Designated Plans Examiner through Engineers and Surveyors Institute for Loudoun County, VA.
He has a bachelor’s degree in urban systems engineering from George Mason University and a master's degree in engineering management from The George Washington University. He is an active member in several engineering and construction organizations, including the American Council of Engineering Companies, Society of American Military Engineers, Construction Owners Association of America, and Society of Marketing Professional Services, as well as other local Virginia associations and chambers.
