Perry D. Schram, PE, SECB
Perry D. Schram, PE, SECB, serves as Associate Vice President and Structural Division Manager in our State College, PA office. Perry is responsible for managing the Structural Division in the State College office, as well as serving as Principal-in-Charge of the firm’s Specialty Structural Engineering services for the Glue-laminated Timber, Steel, and Precast Concrete industries. Perry joined Pennoni in 2004 when the assets of the firm he co-founded, Powers & Schram, were acquired by Pennoni. His engineering experience includes an emphasis in structural design and management for a wide range of commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. He has extensive experience with structural design and management of multi-discipline projects.
Perry earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and is a licensed professional engineer in 21 states. He is also certified by the Structural Engineering Certification Board.
Perry is an active member of the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute, where he currently serves on PCI’s Industry Handbook Committee. He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Council of Examiners for Engineering & Surveying, and a Charter Member of the Structural Engineering Institute.
