Philadelphia-based firm announces new officer promotions company-wide
Philadelphia, PA — Pennoni, a multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm headquartered in Philadelphia, is delighted to announce the promotion of several officers across the firm. Chief operating officer, David Pennoni, announced the promotions at the firm’s first quarter town hall meeting.

Betsie Hiatt has been promoted to associate vice president and serves as the environmental practice lead and office director in our Cape Coral, FL office.
Michael Ellis, PE, has been promoted to associate vice president and serves as the municipal practice lead in our Newark, DE office.
John-Thomas Graupensperger, PWS, has been promoted to associate vice president and serves as the environmental practice lead in our Mechanicsburg, PA office.
Bret A. Hadzimichalis, PE, CCM, has been promoted to associate vice president and serves as the construction services practice lead in our Newark, DE office.
James Illigash, PLA, LEED AP BD+C, has been promoted to associate vice president and serves as the civil/site and landscape architecture practice lead in our Lehigh Valley, PA office.

In addition, it was announced that Bruce J. Frederick, LS, PLS, PS, PSM, has been promoted to regional vice president. Bruce will replace Sue Wolford in Region 5 who will retire in June of 2022.
