Pennoni Hires New Director of Human Resources

Pennoni is excited to announce its new Director of Human Resources Nicole Orlosky, MS-HRM, SHRM-CP, who has joined the firm’s Philadelphia, PA headquarters.

As director, Nicole is responsible for providing human resources strategy and oversight to Pennoni by delivering effective workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention initiatives, learning and development opportunities, and talent management, with and through the human resources team.

In her new role, Nicole intends to focus on the employee journey – hire to retire. Her focus on the employee experience leans heavily on inclusivity in even the most minute details as well as guidance and engagement at all employee levels. Using data and analytics, “people analytics,” the HR department will engage evidence-based decision making to ensure we do the best job for both our employees and clients as we continue to grow.

With the Nicole at the helm of human resources, we have a new opportunity to grow Pennoni. With her focus on employee journey, a new generation of Pennoni employees can be cultivated and inspired.

“Continuous improvement is the name of the when game it comes to HR. We have to constantly review our policies, benefits, and culture to ensure that the Pennoni is offering an employee experience based on the company values and our commitment to service-to clients and our employees,” says Nicole.

Prior to joining Pennoni, Nicole was senior manager, human resources at Saint-Gobain, a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of materials and solutions for the construction, mobility, healthcare, and other industrial application markets.

Nicole is a Collingswood, NJ native with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maine and master’s degree in HR Management from West Chester University.
