Pennoni Names New Office Director in Virginia

Diana Milian leads Chantilly, VA office

 

Pennoni, a multidisciplinary engineering firm headquartered in Philadelphia, is delighted to announce the promotion of Diana Milian, director of engineering in Pennoni’s Chantilly, VA office, to office director, effective immediately.

I am confident that, under her guidance, our Chantilly office will not only meet but exceed expectations. Diana came to Pennoni through the asset purchase of SMITH Engineering, now the SMITH Division of Pennoni. Holding over a decade of professional consulting experience with federal, state and municipal government agencies as well as private clients, Milian has been responsible for client and office management, client development, project management, and design engineering consulting, with extensive knowledge about stormwater management. She is a registered professional engineer in Virginia and has a degree in civil, environmental and infrastructure engineering from George Mason University. She is an active member in engineering and construction organizations, including Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA) and Engineers and Surveyors Institute (ESI)
