Lake Hamilton

The Town of Lake Hamilton, Florida project consists of a new 249,000 gpd phase 1 packaged wastewater treatment plant and effluent disposal system on a former orange grove. Pennoni was contracted to design, permit and perform technical services during bidding/construction.  The project will be constructed in the Fall of 2022 and completed in the summer of 2023. Treated effluent will be accomplished via two Rapid Infiltration Basins. Based in part on the 3D design visualization of the Phase 1 site layout, the Town of Lake Hamilton is now planning a Phase 2 expansion to a 1.25 MGD Carousel racetrack extended aeration facility, inclusive of public access reuse treatment enhancements.
