The New Brunswick Innovation Hub – Smart Mobility Testing Ground is a concept proposed by Rutgers Center for Advanced Infrastructure and Transportation (CAIT) to create a living laboratory in downtown New Brunswick, NJ. Pennoni partnered with CAIT to develop a video to promote the benefits and features of the proposed innovation hub along with testimonials from various stakeholders.
