As we close out 2025, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all of you. This season reminds us of what it means to be part of a community—supporting one another, showing up, and working toward something bigger than ourselves.
This year, we continued to make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve—strengthening infrastructure, improving everyday life, and helping neighborhoods grow and thrive. Every role, every contribution, every effort matters. And I am grateful.
To our clients, thank you for your trust and partnership. To our staff, thank you for your dedication and expertise. And to your families and loved ones—thank you for the support that allows us to do this work. Your encouragement is deeply appreciated.
This message holds personal meaning for me. Having spent my career at Pennoni, working alongside you has been one of the greatest honors of my life. As I share my final holiday message in this role, I do so with immense gratitude and great confidence in the future of this company.
