Announces Regional Leadership Appointments to Strengthen Construction Services Operations

Regional realignment positions construction services division for long-term success

 

PHILADELPHIAPennoni, a multidisciplinary engineering firm headquartered in Philadelphia, announced today a strategic reorganization within its Construction Services operations, including the appointment of two new regional vice presidents. The updated structure is designed to support continued growth, enhance operational focus, and better serve clients across Pennoni’s expanding markets.

As part of this transition, the Construction Services region has been divided into two regions:

  • Construction Management, Construction Inspection, and Fabrication Inspection Services will be led by Megan Clayton, PE, regional vice president.
  • Geotechnical Engineering and Inspection & Testing Services will be led by Mike Padula, PE, regional vice president.

Megan Clayton, PE, regional vice president, brings extensive experience in transportation construction and construction management. Her background includes procurement, contract administration, scheduling, claims, technical research, specification development and training.

“I’m honored to step into this role and continue building on the strong foundation of our construction management and inspection services. I look forward to working closely with our teams and clients to deliver successful projects and advance Pennoni’s standards of excellence,” says Clayton.

Mike Padula, PE, regional vice president, leads Pennoni’s geotechnical engineering and inspection and testing services, bringing deep expertise in construction, materials engineering, materials testing, , structural engineering, and geotechnical engineering.
