Philadelphia, PA – Pennoni, a multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm headquartered in Philadelphia, is delighted to officially announce the promotion of Robert DuBois, PSM, principal surveyor, to Pennoni’s Winter Haven, FL, office director, effective immediately.
DuBois will guide employees and help facilitate new client relationships in the area. In his new role, DuBois will be responsible for client services and business development efforts, as well as the Winter Haven office’s management, growth and continued success.
“Since joining in 2016, Robert has done a tremendous job of running the survey group in Florida and has developed a solid client base that has grown from Winter Haven throughout the state. We look forward to Robert expanding business opportunities with new and existing clients and around the office!” says Brian Diehl, PE, regional vice president at Pennoni.
DuBois has more than 40 years of experience as a surveyor. He most recently served as principal surveyor/ mapper, specializing in boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys and construction/record surveys. He has additional expertise in legal descriptions, right-of-way control, platting, GIS mapping, photogrammetric mapping control, and construction staking. He has experience with 3D High-Definition Laser Scanning, Ground Penetrating Radar technology and Unmanned Aerial Systems.
