Acquisition enhances Pennoni’s civil and municipal engineering services in the region
PHILADELPHIA – Pennoni, a multidisciplinary engineering firm headquartered in Philadelphia, is delighted to announce the purchase of assets from MV Engineering LLC, an engineering consulting firm based in Cape May Court House, NJ. This strategic acquisition enhances Pennoni’s capabilities in site planning, wastewater management, and waterfront development while expanding its presence in southern New Jersey. Effective immediately, the group will operate as the MV Engineering Division of Pennoni and staff will move into Pennoni’s existing Cape May Court House office.
MV Engineering’s portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, such as sewer, water and stormwater drainage design, regulatory permitting services and soils testing. Their collaborative approach and dedication to client satisfaction have earned them a trusted reputation in the industry.
