101 Walnut Condominiums
101 Walnut Condominiums is a 12-story luxury condominium building with floor areas of approximately 3,000-sf. The building frame is constructed entirely of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Each unit, which consists of an entire floor, has two private balconies that extend approximately 12-feet from the interior of the building on the southeast and southwest corners of the building, providing unobstructed views of both the entire riverscape, as well as Philadelphia’s Center City skyline. Pennoni provided complete structural engineering services for the building.
