Prologis - Asset Management

One of the world’s largest industrial real estate companies, Prologis asked Pennoni’s GIS & Asset Management team to support their efforts in FL, NJ, PA and NY to gain a better understanding of their building assets, as well as create site plans they can use while marketing to new tenants. Pennoni used digital data collection methods to centralize and streamline the information collected during site visits which allowed a diverse team to collect information in a unified manner, integrate photos, GPS and other key data points giving us the ability to provide quick turn-around times for the final deliverables.
