Pennoni designed and implemented a citizen-drive form-based code and redevelopment plan to guide future development in Woodbury’s downtown area. The Broad Street Business District Redevelopment plan matches modern lifestyles by providing options for living, working and shopping one convenient location. Parking, pedestrian and vehicular circulation were designed in a predictable, logical manner while providing multiple routes in a highly interconnected network.
