Leadership Appointments Strengthen Client Service and Regional Operations Across Key Markets

PHILADELPHIA—Pennoni, a multidisciplinary, 100% employee-owned engineering firm headquartered in Philadelphia, is pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Bryson, Todd Hay and Justin Duncan, PE, FRSE, as regional vice presidents, strengthening the firm’s leadership across key regions and reinforcing its commitment to client service and strategic growth.

These appointments reflect Pennoni’s focus on empowering experienced leaders who understand their markets, support strong teams, and deliver consistent results for clients.

Craig Bryson has been named regional vice president for Greater Philadelphia, where he is currently serving as office director of the firm’s headquarters. He will lead regional client service, business development and overall team performance. With 30 years of service, Bryson brings significant experience managing complex, multi‑consultant projects and is well-versed in all aspects of site development. Bryson also served as the Township Planner for Northampton, Upper Southampton and Doylestown townships in Bucks County, PA. He was also appointed to the Bucks County Planning Commission, where he served a six-year term, including two years as Director of the Commission.

“This is an important region for Pennoni, and I’m focused on supporting our teams while continuing to build strong, lasting relationships with our clients,” said Bryson.

Todd Hay has been appointed regional vice president for Virginia and the Carolinas. With more than 30 years of experience, Hay has led offices across the Northeast and brings a strong track record in managing multidisciplinary projects for municipal, education, infrastructure and private‑sector clients. His experience in operations, financial performance and client management position him to support continued growth in the region.

“I’m looking forward to building on the strong foundation we have in this region and continuing to grow our team and presence,” said Hay.

Justin Duncan, PE, FRSE, has been named regional vice president for the Southeast, overseeing Pennoni’s six Florida offices. Since joining Pennoni in 2016, Duncan has played a key role in expanding the firm’s presence in Florida, including opening the Tallahassee office. His background in structural engineering and his focus on client service and team development continue to drive growth across the region.

“Our success in the Southeast comes down to our people and relationships. I’m excited to continue growing both as we look ahead,” said Duncan.

“These appointments highlight the strength of our leadership across the firm. Craig, Todd, and Justin each bring a deep understanding of their regions and a strong commitment to client service. Their leadership will help us continue to grow while staying focused on delivering quality work for our clients,” said Brian Diehl, PE, chief operating officer at Pennoni.

With these appointments, Pennoni continues to build on its regional leadership model, strengthening local expertise while supporting the firm’s broader goals for growth and operational excellence.
