Pennoni provided nationwide services to the West Virginia Department of Transportation including quality assurance inspection during the fabrication and coating of structural steel bridges and steel bridge components, precast/prestressed concrete bridge and drainage structures, and miscellaneous highway materials. Services also included ultrasonic testing of bridge pins. Structures included very large plate girder and truss bridges, as well as high performance steel and fracture critical material.
