Pyne Poynt Park, a 15-acre riverside green space located in North Camden underwent a $4 million rehabilitation project. After meetings with various community groups, it was determined that the rehab should include a multi-age playground including basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields; construction of a concession building and establishment of an irrigation system with booster pumps and site landscaping and lighting.
Pennoni obtained a NJDEP-Waterfront development permit, local and county planning board approval, and a soil erosion and sediment control permit to allow the development of the project, while also providing bidding and construction administration services.
